Not happy in the first 14 days? Email and you get all of it back. No form, no reason needed, no questions about why.
PRO is a monthly PayPal subscription. Cancel it in your PayPal account, under automatic payments, or email enoshprojact@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you. Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep PRO until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Within 14 days of your first payment, email enoshprojact@gmail.com from the address you paid with and ask. You get the full amount back through PayPal, normally within three business days and always within fourteen. You do not have to say why.
Later months are not refunded as a matter of course, because the month has been used. Two exceptions, and both are straightforward: if the service was substantially unavailable for a large part of the month, or if you were charged after cancelling, email and it is refunded.
The set pass is a single payment for seven days. If it did not work — the key was not accepted, or the site was down — email and it is refunded in full. If it worked and you simply did not use it, it is not refunded after the seven days have run.
Israeli consumer law gives you a right to cancel a distance transaction, in most cases within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the terms, whichever is later. Those rights stand whatever this page says; where the law gives you more than the policy above, the law wins. If you are in the EU or UK you have equivalent statutory cancellation rights.
One email to enoshprojact@gmail.com with the PayPal address you paid from. That is the whole process. You will get a reply from a person, usually within a day and always within seven.
