These terms cover the website at roast-my-listing.pages.dev and the PRO membership and set pass sold through it. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Roast My Listing scores listing photographs and suggests changes, using measurements taken by software and, if you ask for it, a language model. The scores and the commentary are opinions produced by software. They are not a valuation, not a survey, not an appraisal and not professional advice about a property, a vehicle or any other item. Decisions you take about pricing, marketing or selling are yours.
You keep every right you have in your photographs. Nothing here transfers ownership or gives us a licence to use them, and we do not keep them. You confirm you are entitled to use the photographs you put into the tool — that you took them, or that whoever did has allowed you to. Do not upload photographs of identifiable people, documents or number plates. Where your photographs go, per button, is set out in the privacy policy.
The instant roast is free and unlimited, eight photographs per set. The AI roast is limited per visitor per day and site-wide per day, because it costs money to run. Those limits can change without notice.
PRO is a monthly subscription taken through PayPal; it renews monthly until you cancel and cancelling stops future charges. The set pass is a single payment giving seven days of the same output. Prices are shown before you pay. The founding price is held for as long as the subscription runs without interruption. Access is delivered as a key shown on screen after payment — keep it; it is how the site recognises you, since there are no accounts.

The site is provided as it is. It may be offline, changed or withdrawn. The AI roast depends on a third-party model that can be unavailable; the instant roast keeps working when it is.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights as a consumer under Israeli law, which these terms do not reduce. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost sales, or for decisions taken on the basis of a score. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to what you have paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Israeli law applies and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory law of your own country.
These terms can change; the current version is always here with its date. A change that materially reduces what a paying member gets applies from the next billing period.
